1. Is there a return policy or warranty?
Yes, you have up to 30 days from delivery to try out the card case before returning to us if it doesn't suit your needs or meet your expectations. There is also a 10-year warranty for any structural damage to the aluminium frames (just send us an email with a picture of the damage and we send out a replacement). This does not include any scratches or wear and tear to the finish.
2. Where are your products made?
Our company is based in the UK where our products are designed and assembled. However we have a few key suppliers in Germany (fabrics and our hybrid-glass), Italy (our acetate covers), and China (CNC work).
3. Do you ship world-wide?
Yes, at the moment we will try to ship just about anywhere.
4. Where are your products shipped from?
Everything is shipped directly from our studio in London, England.
5. How can I get in touch with you if there are problems with my order or I have some other questions?

6. Can we become a Siren retailer?
Although we primarily are focused on online sales at the moment, we are considering a few retail partners. If you think your store might be a good fit feel free to send us an email to tell us more!
